Dear HP Support Team,
I have a HP Laserjet P1102w printer and it is connected to our local wi-fi net. I can print from my computer or my iPhone through the wi-fi, but I cant see the printer as active device by the HP Smart app (ePrint).
I don't know what can be the issue, please help to set the HP Smart application to see my printer.

I understand that you are trying to print from your iPad / iPhone and is having issues. I'd like help 🙂
Let's try installing the HP Smart app (Previously HP AiO Remote app) to print from your iOS device. Go to Apple Store and install the HP Smart app on your iOS device.
I found a wonderful document which will give you instructions on how to use this app. Please go through the steps here: http://hp.care/2sl1E5V
If the app is already installed, uninstall and reinstall the app and check.
