HP LaserJet Pro M402dne

The paper tray was pulled out when someone was replacing the paper

Now the tray won't go back in due to a green flap hanging down that won't go back into its slot

Also ink has started leaking from the cartridge since this happened.

I need to know if this is a fixable issue or should I give up and get a new one?

The duplex tray would be unrelated to the toner issue. As both issues appear at the same time suggests the unit may have been dropped.  Check and make sure that the back panel of printer is seated, also make sure that there is no paper jam above the tray that is hanging down.

Hi

I thought it might have been dropped as well, there's no paper hanging down I've opened every compartment and found nothing. I'm thinking the printer got damaged and its cracked something somewhere on the inside.

Thank you for your help though
