I have installed the HP Smart App from the MS Store but when I click the Scan Button it comes back and states "Printer Not Found". It prints fine and it reports various statuses with no problem, it just does not scan.

I'd like to help!

 

I understand you are unable to scan from your printer.

 

To assist better -

  1. What are the error you receive when you try and scan?
  2. How is the printer connected to USB or wireless?

Meanwhile, Try the below suggestions-

 

1)Uninstall HP Smart 

 

2) Try updating the printer's firmware - HP Printers - Updating or Upgrading Printer Firmware 

 

3)Reinstall HP Smart
