HP Laserjet Pro M477FDN printing is faded (all colors)...
Had OEM cartridges in printer, and was printing very light and very faded... So I replaced all 4 cartridges with brand new OEM cartridges... Still printing the same (very light and very faded)... Prints this same way in just B&W and in Color... Everything is faded...
Please help... 🙂

Two things to try first:
1. make sure that your firmware is up to date
2. there is a separate firmware for the DC controller. If the DC controller firmware you have installed is 14XXX you need to ensure you update to 15101.

Good morning... Thank you for your comment... The firmware and the dc controller firmware are current...
I'd like to also mention that, the printer worked fine in the beginning... Plus I'd also like to add that my total printed page count for this machine is 1100 prints... Which is really strange for a pretty much still new machine to be not printing... 😞
Any other suggestions? Any help would be great... 🙂

Check the transfer roller, it is located on the back door and is the small black roller. Make sure that it is in place properly and not loose.
