Hi @PrincipleBuild,
I see by your post that the printer won't turn on. I can help you with this.
I have provided a document with some steps to try to see if that will resolve the issue.
The Printer Will Not Turn On or Respond When the Power Button or Power Switch is Pressed.
Make sure the printer is connected directly to a wall outlet. (don't use a power hub or a surge protector) This ensures the printer is receiving full power and may help this situation.
Try a monitor power cord, same as the printers.
Test the wall outlet with another device.
Please call our technical support if the issue persists, to see what other options are available, at 800-474-6836. If you live outside the US/Canada Region, please click the link below to get the support number for your region. Contact HP.
Have a nice day!
Thank You.

On our "HP LaserJet Pro M402dn" printer, I noticed after opening itthat the "green, black, red, yellow" fuse was burned out. Will try finding a replacement and will install a surge protector immediately.
In the fuse location here's the info I found:
FU102 125v 5a
In between fh103 and fh104
On fuse:
Jet 51MS
125v 5a
yellow, red, black, green
