HP Pro MFP M130fw
Microsoft Windows 8 (64-bit)

I recently bought this printer but it will not print PDF documents.  Prints everything but.  I have a few days left where I can take it back for a full refund but thought I'd ask the pros here and see if they know what the problem may be before I pack it back up and return to the store.  Seems to me the printer does not recognize the format.

Before the return of the machine try this.If all other type of documents print it is not the machine. It will rather be in the application.

Hope this will help.

I had a chat with support and they told me that Adobe has a bug in their last update and that is why I cannot print PDF files on the printer.  It must be just related to HP because I could print PDF's on my Canon ink jet printer with no problems.

The solution was to uninstall Adobe PDF Reader DC and install Foxit PDF reader.  I did that and was able to print PDFs on the HP laserjet.  I really prefer Adobe and wondering now if I take the HP back to the store and buy a different brand if I'll have the same problem.

Hi Copier Pro,

I really do appreciate your help and suggestion.  I will just live with Foxit for now and maybe in a couple months Adobe may have the software fixed.  I have no idea where I could get a copy of an older version of Adobe Reader.  Thank you!
