HP M227fdw LaserJet Pro - Is it about to be discontinued?

Hi,

My work have been looking at buying the M227fdw printer as we need a black & white printer with the ability to scan multiple, double-sided pages. This seems to tick all our boxes, especially with the Wifi option too. However, it doesn't seem to be available anywhere except one site where it's being offered at a hugely reduced price.

We work with a distributor who have lots of partner suppliers for IT equipment, but apparently all their suppliers have no stock and no known date for restocking.

Given this, and the hugely reduced price of the one supplier I could find, it looks like the product's being discontinued. I just wondered if anyone could confirm this as ebuyer.com seemed to think it was still the current product and should be coming back?

The product is not likely discontinued yet, but a such may change from one country to another.

Additionally, when you say M227fdw printer as we need a black & white printer with the ability to scan multiple, double-sided pages. 

Please be aware that the M227fdw printing support two-sided printing, it does not support two-sided scanning or copying of an original
