HP LaserJet Pro 200 color Printer M251nw
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

HP LaserJet Pro 200 color Printer M251nw.  Paper is wrinkling down middle regardless of paper stock (plain, cotton, and card stock).

Looks like a roller is creasing it, but don't know how to fix it.

Attempts - multiple cleaning cycles - first photo is a cleaning page, which is typical of the issue.

Second photo shows that I have adequate toner - also inspected the toner rollers and see no damage.

Stopped a print job half way through by pulling rear panel, the portion of paper that passed through top most rollers apears creased, but the part that didn't pass through them was not.  Seems isolated to top rollers.

Manipulated the top rollers and they seem to roll and appear unobstructed.

Already ran through HP's canned fixits for idiots, hard powered off, pull and replace all toners (when i inspected rollers).

Out of warrenty - Not sure on next steps, any ideas?  Sadly, ready to bin the printer if this doesn't resolve and is not user repairable.

Thanks,

-Eric

Paper creasing like that is typically due to a damaged/defective fuser assembly. Fuser replacement is recommended and really the best option to fix this.
