HP M452dn

I have several of these machines, and they are getting the same error 59.f0  They do not have many prints on them.  Some as little as 5k and they stop working.  Looking for assistance, tried fuser, ITB and firmware but honestly, they are new printes and I shouldn't have to change parts yet.

They might need a DC Controller Firmware Upgrade, you should contact HP Support or an Authorized Service Provider.

Not having the chance to fix a HP M452 till now but most of HP printer's 59.F0 59.C0...... has to do with Sticky Solenoid.

Dealing with it may help.

Check this one hope it helps.

I have the same scenario.  Out of warranty, however.  Contacted HP, they sent me a document entitled:

Steps to flash the DCC Firmware on the M477/M452/M377 for the 59.F0 Error issue.

She advised the advertised firmware update will not fix this issue.  The tech advised if the process does not fix it, to change the toner cartridge since it has a drum motor inside.  When asked which cartridge, she stated to replace them one-by-one until error disappears.

I haven't run it yet, because we replaced the printer and are using the error-prone unit on another computer for a week, and the error did not reappear.  It sounds as though HP is aware of this but isn't really sure what causes it.

You might try contacting support -- I used chat -- even though ours was out of warranty, they emailed me the above-entitled document (verbatim).

I'm wondering if it's actually associated with the computer to which it is connected that causes the issue.  I hope this works for you!
