HP Color LaserJet M553
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Does anyone know how to access the pre-boot menu on a HP Color LaserJet M553?  Model number:B5L25A.  Usually you just hold a button as it boots up but I can't find the specifics. This is not the touch screen model.

I've googled, I've read the user manual, I can't find it.  I chatted with HP support, Apparently they don't know either. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

Hi @WilBurns,

You can access the pre-boot menu by pressing the (X) button when the display on the screen says 1/8.

Cheers!
