HO M604 LaserJet printer
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have two different people that use the same printer and Windows 10 Operating system. They use grenbar paper in one of the trays and the green bar is only on one side. They would like Page 1 to print on the grennbar side and duplex to page 2. This works just fine for one of the users but for the other user it prints on the blank page first then the green bar. This is not the desired result. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Try using the Alternative LetterHead mode to see if that solves the problem.

I looked at this when I saw it for another post but I do not see that setting for the HP LaserJet m604 printer.

From the control panel of the printer administration>manage trays> alternative letterhead mode.

Thank you I found it from the control panel as you described and have changed it. The user is not in today but I will have her try when she returns and report back to you.

I made the change but it did not change the results of printing. It still prints first page on the non greenbar side.

I would suggest that if you are not getting the desired results that you update the print driver to the current HP Universal print driver which is Revision 6.7, as it sounds like the driver is either corrupt or does not have the Alternative letter head mode as shown in my screenshot above.

The driver is not corrupt. As a reminder it works just fine on another users PC to the same printer. It has to be a setting on her desktop for the printer. I will continue to try and find a solution.
