Hello, we are experiencing evenly spaced black dots on front right side and rear left side of printed documents. What I mean by this if you are looking at the document on the normal side (dots on the right) and flip on the long edge, you can see another set of black dots on the left on the back of the document.

I wiped the toner roller originally with a soft cloth to remove any particles/objects but that did not resolve. Installed new cartridge and ran the clean cartridge cycle 2 times and the black dots are still present. The dots did not get lighter.

I didn't go too deep into cleaning anything inside the printer.

Any suggestions?

measure the distance between dots and compare to the repetitive defect chart for the printer. I assume when you say front and back you mean when duplexing a print job. Cartridge or fuser are the most common causes of dots.

If I discover it is one of the parts in that list, what can be done about it? Do you typically find instructions on the internet to clean these?
