Hello,

When printing using Letterhead paper bothside options pages are printed upside down.

When printing using bothside and normal paper there is no issue.

Thanks in advance for your help.

If I understand your problem correctly and both side are upside down on letterhead, rotate the paper 180 in the tray. Orientation matters when you have a preprinted letterhead.

Turning on Alternative LetterHead mode may help as well.
