A user has some how reset the default paper tray to tray 1, which is manual feed. And when you print, it will not print automatically, you are presented with the error message "Attention Load Tray 1, Plain Paper To use another tray touch options" and then you hit ok and it prints.
I cannot figure out the right settings to get this back to printing to tray 2. Any help is appreciated.

Hi..
Please print the config page in standalone mode and check the paper tray options.
If any tray settings changed please use the below steps.
If your using A4 paper in all Trays please set the tray guides to A4 or required page. After that please follow the below steps.
Tray 1 : Any Size,Any Type
Tray 2 : A4,Plain
Tray 3 : A4,Plain
Tray 4 : A4,Plain
If u can see except Tray 1 all tray only Paper size will change and type should be same (plain)
If its showing Manual feed option to press ok on the printer please change the below settings.
At the product control panel, select the Administration menu, and then select the General Print
Settings menu. Manual Feed - Disabled.
Once done all the settings can resolve the issue

Hi,
We are sorry for the inconveince caused.
For the printer to print without giving the prompt to "Press Ok to Continue", the settings has to be done both in printer and in computer (Printer Driver)
---In Printer---
At the product control panel, select the "Trays" menu, and then configure the correct tray settings as per the papers loaded.
Then do the below settings.
At the product control panel, select the "Administration" menu, and then select the "Manage Trays" menu.
1. Use Requested Tray: First.
2. Manually Feed Prompt: Unless loaded
3. Use Another Tray: Enabled
At the product control panel, select the "Administration" menu, and then select the "General Print Settings" menu.
4. Manual Feed: Disabled
--In PC--
Right click on the printer icon in "Device and Printer"(OS: Windows), Select "Printing Preferences" >> "Paper/Quality" and select the correct paper size.
