HP OfficeJet Pro 6960 is only printing in black and different shades of pink

Like the title states, my printer is only printing in black and different shades of pink after I replaced the cartridges. The cartridge expiration dates are 10/14/2020 and I just purchased them from Walmart today.

I have tried:

Installing drivers

Cleaning printer heads under printer quality tools. DId 3 levels of cleaning.

Never had this problem before and this printer is less than a year old. I have wasted lots of paper trying to fix this issue.

Nevermind, I honestly don't even know why I was using HP for so long. Shotty customer service, shotty products. I just threw the printer in the garbage. Thanks for nothing.
