HP Officejet 7210 All-in-one

My HP Officejet 7210 All-in-one displays "error:0x05f4762b1524:pen_id.c" with multiple flashing lights (Auto Answer, Orange Exclamation Mark, all three Copy Quality lights and Power).   I have perfromed Partial and Semi-Full resets using https://h30434.www3.hp.com/t5/Printers-Archive-Read-Only/Officejet-7210-How-to-perform-a-full-or-sem... and still have the same issue.  Naturally, the front panel is frozen.

Any words of wisdom how I can correct the issue?

Update:  I started to go through the NVM reset here [https://www.fixya.com/support/t6618872-need_reset] by attempting to take out the cartridges when the print head started moving back-and-forth and seem to be a sign of progress.  I shut it down and powered it back on.  It seems to be attempting to align the cartridges at the moment although it is taking a looooooooooog time.  I'll keep this post posted. 😉
