The printer just prints the Self Test / Configuration repeatedly at random intervals without anyone pressing the buttons. it is so random that it waste paper and is annoying.
i have reinstalled the software and also upgraded the firmware to 20180301 and issue is still there.

Find out if the printer is behaving this way on its own, or if something connected to it is sending the command.

Try disconnecting the printer but leaving it powered on for 24 hours.  If the printer prints out a report in this state then you know something is wrong with the printer or its firmware and can eliminate troubleshooting software or connections on the PC.

If the printer only prints out these reports while it is connected to a PC or your network then you need to do a little more isolation work to figure out where the command is coming from.  There might be a user or an application that is running away in the background and sending the commands to print.  See if there are any patters such as only during certain times of the day, after a certain print job, certain document type or application.
