Product: HP Pagewide Pro MFP 477 dw

Printer is only printing one page - it will not print multiple copies of a document. If you ask for 20 copies to be printed it will print 1 copy and then say the print job has been cancelled.

Resolution is (probably) to disable Mopier mode in the printer driver properties.
