I have an HP Photosmart C4580, my wife is Polish and it's set for this. I don't speak Polish, while she does, she doesn't understand "Computerese", so we need to change the language to English. There is nothing in the manuals about doing this.

I understand that you are trying to change the language on your Photosmart printer. I’d suggest you perform a reset on your printer to get this done.
