HP Printer delays printing for 1 minute

Printers(Networked and USB connected) delays to print for a minute, you must double click the printer icon on the bottom right corner of the screen , and select the document you trying to print, select document, click resume on the menu to print.

If you have come across this problem , your help will be highly appreciated

is this with all print jobs? Have you tried switching drivers?
