When scanning/copying papers, only one corner of each page gets folded or "dog ears". When printing something, it’s fine.

Clarify, are the original pages you are copying coming out dog-eared or the printed copies? Sorry but your description is not entirely clear. If the originals are dog eared then likely you have a small piece of paper from a jam or some other foreign object that is causing the issue.

My apologies, the printed copies are coming out dog-eared after copying.

How many paper trays do you have? Is it possible that your copies printer from a different paper source than your normal printers from computer? If yes then likely one of your trays has a restriction. If not then you have a very odd problem because there is no logical reason that paper fed from the same tray would dog ear when copying but not printing. What if you try to copy using the MP tray as a source?
