Hello, I am running into an issue when saving a scanned document from HP Scan. When saving the PDF the Windows Explorer application launches to select a folder but it crashes after a few seconds of loading. I have a temporary work around where I have set the HP Scan settings to save to a location without launching File Explorer to select a folder but it's impeding on work flow with the amount of documents I have to scan. The printer is working fine and I'm able to scan from Windows Scan but I'm not able to scan both sides with Windows Scan. This issue started the same day the Dell Driver (25.50.2.2) was installed to my computer.
I've attempted the following troubleshooting:

- Reboot
- Uninstall and reinstall with latest drivers(while removing registry)

- SFC and DISM scan

- Generated new AppData folder

- Running repair

- Manually changing scan path

- Reinstalled 32 and 64 bit Visual C++ Redistributables

- In event viewer > Faulting module name: MSVCP140.dll, version: 14.0.24210.0

- Restart Windows Imaging service

Enabled windows 8 compatibility, running as admin, disabling fullscreen optimizations

Exactly the same problem here, trying to uninstall some recent Windows updates.
