Product: M607

We have been using this printer for 5 months and suddenly developed an error 49.38.11.  Have been trying to work with HP support since Thursday (now Monday afternoon) and no resolution.  We are an accounting business and are trying to get taxes printed for client and are dead in the water with this printer.  Any suggestions?

I have brought your issue to the attention of an appropriate team within HP. They will likely request information from you in order to look up your case details or product serial number. Please look for a private message from an identified HP contact. Additionally, keep in mind not to publicly post personal information (serial numbers and case details).
