HP Tango Printer

I have recently bought an HP Tango printer and want to use the 15 page free instant ink service as advertised when I purchased it.  The service is supposedly available in the UK but I can't seem to choose this option during set up.  Can anyone advise why?  If it's not available on the Tango printer, why is this the case?

Where is HP Instant Ink available?


HP Instant Ink is currently available in the United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Germany, France, Spain, Republic of Ireland, Italy, Netherlands, Belgium, Luxembourg, Austria, Portugal, Switzerland, Norway, Sweden, Denmark and Finland. We’re planning on expanding, so keep checking back for updates on when HP Instant Ink will be available in other countries.

 

There are some regions or locations in the UK that are not eligible for the HP Instant Ink program, these include:

The Channel Islands (Jersey and Guernsey), Alderney, Sark, Herm, and Gibraltar.

 

If you are within a region supported by the Instant Ink program, please click here for details on how to enroll.

Thanks for your reply.  I can follow the steps to enrol and am able to access instant ink, I just can't access the option to sign up to the free 15 pages per month option, only the paid options.  I don't live in the Channel Islands and wondered why this was?  The printer was advertised with this service.

 

I'm really just looking for an explanation as to why this option doesn't seem to be accessible.
