I have contacted HP MULTIPLE times. I have even managed to get on the phone with support (EXTREAMLY hard to do)

 

I am set up for auto ship. I had a cartridge shipped to me, and before I could install it in my printer i ended up loosing it. We moved, so it is long gone somewhere lost in the move. 

 

I explained my situation to support... because the ink is on auto ship, my printer is telling HP that i still have a cartridge, so they wont send me one automatically. 

 

I get it, its my fault I lost it. It messed up the eb and flow of things...but why are they telling me they understand the situation, and they will send me a new cartridge?

 

I can't stand not being able to get a hold of a company easily. This is insane...I dont have time for this, ive got a business to run. I contacted them again through email and chat support.

 

They promised me they would send out my ink, RUSH DELIVERY, and they are so sorry for the mix up. Cool! Just get me my ink!

 

waited, waited, waited

 

It has been MONTHS. I have completly gave up on getting ink from them. I email them all the time and nothing it is insane I do not understand what could be the issue. I have this useless printer sitting on my desk.

 

GET IT TOGETHER HP. THIS IS SUCH A SMALL, EASY TO SOLVE PROBLEM. WHAT IS THE DEAL!!!!

I have brought your issue to the attention of an appropriate team within HP. They will likely request information from you in order to look up your case details or product serial number. Please look for a private message from an identified HP contact. Additionally, keep in mind not to publicly post personal information (serial numbers and case details).
