I have an HP Color Laser Jet Pro MFP M477fnw that will not connect to HP Web Services, namely ePrint Services and HP Apps. I get the following notification when I try to access apps: “Access Denied. This service may be busy. Retry later. If the problem continues, check for firmware updates.” Here is what I have done to address the issue:
1.) Retying later. The problem persisted.
2.) Checking internet connection. Connection is strong.
3.) Turn the printer off and back on by powering it down and then unplugging it. Waiting. Plugging the printer in and powering it on. The problem persisted.
4.) Removing web services and re-adding it. The problem persisted. Similarly, turning ePrint and Apps off and then back on. The problem persisted.
5.) Turning wireless off and back on. Re-adding the network. Connection is strong. The problem persisted.
5.) Restoring network defaults. The problem persisted.
6.) Installing an older version of the printer's firmware. The problem persisted.
7.) Reinstalling the latest firmware. The problem persisted.
8.) Checking for firmware updates. There are none. Firmware datecode is 20220414
9.) Running through simple troubleshooting following reinstallation of the firmware, like turning off and back on. The problem persisted.
What is the next step I should take to solve this issue?

Hello
From the problem description, the operation steps are very complete.
But the suggestion is as follows:
1. Factory settings for printer restoration
2. Upgrade firmware again
3. Reinstall the complete printer driver
4. Restart web testing. If the problem persists, it is recommended to replace the actual network environment for testing. Thank you.
