Everything prints out in grayscale, including demo page generated by printer itself. Supplies status shows all toners over half full. I had it print out the print quality troubleshooting pages, diagnostic page and configuration page, and the color density parameters all show up as 0. I did a full calibration, no change. How do I get it to set the color parameters properly? Replace CPR sensor or density sensor?
Here are the relevant entries from the event log:

Here's the diagnostics page:
Web search doesn't show anything. User manual seems not to have anything relevant.
What can I do?

Giving this a bump. Printer settings seem wrong, only prints grayscale except for a small splotch of color. Interesting error messages:
46 2018-Nov-15 10:25 PM 908953 54.20 CPR sensor out of range
45 2018-Nov-15 10:25 PM 908953 54.06 Density sensor out of range.
Any clues?
thanks,
