Request you to check if you are able to access printer web page on PC(typr IP address of printer in IE) and check. If printer web page is up, try below steps:

  1. Click Start > Printer and faxes
  2. Right-Click the printer driver that you installed and select Properties.
  3. Click Ports tab.
  4. Click Add Port.
  5. Select Standard TCP/IP Port and click New Port.
  6. Click Next and enter the IP Address of the printer and click Next.
  7. Click Finish.

If it is not printing, then try below steps and check:

1. Stop the spooler
a. Click Start, Control Panel, Administrative Tools, then Services.
b. Scroll down the list of services for Print Spooler.
c. Right click Print Spooler and Stop.

2. Delete the spool files.
a. Click My Computer.
b. Go to C:\WINDOWS\system32\spool\PRINTERS\ .
c. Delete all of the files inside this folder.

NOTE: If the spooler is working correctly, this folder should be empty when the computer is not printing. It normally deletes these files out of this folder after they have been sent to the printer. Deleting files that are stuck can free up the spooler and allow it to continue normal operation.

3. Restart the spooler.

a. Click Start, Control Panel, Administrative Tools, then Services.
b. Scroll down the list of services for Print Spooler.
c. Right click Print Spooler and Start.
