I let self-clean multiple times, I tried to upgrade to the newest version. I tried to open and checked all the reachable places to clean. I shaked with the blue ink, clean the tube. The printer says 70% of the fullness of the cartridge. I'm done! I would like to kill it. Help

If you are getting lines and they are only cyan in color then you have a bad cyan cartridge. If the supply level reads 70% and this is a actual HP cartridge, contact technical support and they will replace the cartridge under warranty.
