Product: m402
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
I just replace the formatter board (C5F93-60001) on a HP m402 printer and the new board did not update itself with the printer information (ie s/n, pages printed) from the dc controller. What am I missing?
Thanks

I do not think that the Pro series products transfer the data, to update the serial number you need to create a PJL files that populates that data.
