Okay, so I go to print a spreadsheet this afternoon to find that I have a clumps of yellow toner all the way along the right hand edge of the paper, unto 5mm in width in places. I have tried a cleaning cycle twice but not made much of a difference. According to the supplies status report the cartridge still has at least 850 pages left but now clearly needs to be replaced.
So, given that support on the HP website is essentially useless, how do I go about taking this up with HP to see if this is covered under warranty or whether it's tough luck?
I am based in the UK. The toner is a 201X (CF402X), printer is a Laserjet pro M252dw. Let me know if you need any further details than that.
Any help gratefully received. Cheers

If the supplies status is not showing as low then the cartridge would be covered under the supplies warranty. The best way to deal with this is to contact customer support via telephone, I know pain in the butt, but still the most reliable means.
I am a volunteer, offering my knowledge to support fellow users, I do not work for HP nor speak for HP.

Thanks. However, would you happen to know the appropriate phone number? I have just spent half an hour trying to find one and it would seem HP try to make it as difficult & obscure as possible to actually find it! I've tried google, HPs own websites but nothing is coming up.
