Product: Laser Jet Pro MFP M227fdn
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

All the pages to be scanned run through the automatic document feeder, but only one page is scanned and displayed.

Is there a fix to this bug?

Sorry, that is not a bug. Printer does NOT support duplex scanning

 

Scan size (ADF), maximum: 215.9 x 355.6 mm

Scan size (ADF), minimum : 148.5 x 210 mm
Scan speed (normal, A4) : Up to 15 ppm
Duplex ADF scanning : No
