laser jet pro 200 color mfp
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

for the last week, upon boot up, error pops up:  "Unkown expection has occured in a componet of your application"

 

Title in title bar: Microsoft .NET Framework

Uninstalling Drivers from Control Panel left the Problem and many folders named [HP. . . ..]

 

I deleted manually all of these folders.

 

I cleaned up the regristry with PC Tool Registry Mechanic.

 

Rebooted

 

Problem GONE!

It sounds like one of your applications is having issues with teh version or lack of version of Microsoft.net that is installed on that machine.  I would look to Microsoft and the usual windows patches to see if anything can be repaired.

If you want to isolate it down to somethign with HP then remove and uninstall all your printing software and then reboot.  see if the error comes back without the printer installed at all.  If the error persists without any trace of the HP software or printer then its an issue you need to resolve with Microsoft.
