I had used an email for hpeprint but that print is now gone, i want to use the same email address for the new printer and it will not let me create it. How can i delete the link from the old machine.  The old printer is not showing when i log in under the account.

Thanks in advance.

@lambo196, Welcome to HP Support Community!

Please note that you can reuse your customized email address after 6 months when:

  • You turned off Web Services on your printer and transferred your printer to a different HP Connected account.

  • You want to use an existing printer email address with a different printer on a different HP Connected account.
