Has a message... Only one set of Instant Ink Ready cartridges can be used in a printer. Remove and replace with other cartridges........ Cartridges are the ones that came with the printer. There are no others installed.

How did you get this ink - was it from store along with the printer or from HP under the Instant Ink program?
Do you have more than 1 HP printer?
Does it say "Trial" or "Subscription"?
Normally this error comes up when you are trying to use the "Setup" ink meant for another printer.
Have you checked you HP Instant Ink account page? Your Instant Ink account page will have notifications if there are any issues with the account or recent cartridge shipment, it will even provide solutions on how to fix the issue. You may log in to your HP Instant Ink account page from here.
