Product: Ho laserjet m1005
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 7 (32-bit)
I have hp laserjet m1005 printer. When I turned on the printer it only shows "initializing....." And when I print any documents it show error on my laptop "52.0 scanner error".

Hi!
Kindly follow the below steps.
Turn off the power by using the power switch, and then turn on the power and wait for the product to initialize. If a surge protector is being used, remove it. Plug the product directly into the wall socket. Use the power switch to turn the product on.
If the issue persists, keep the printer turned Off for 3 mins and turn it back ON.
If the Issue persists service the printer.
