cp1215
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Just want to align the printhead on the cp1215 as all the printouts are way out of whack. I used to do this with the HP toolbox which is no longer available. Just want to know how this can be done now?

Try do a cold reset to see if it helps.

If cold reset is not work try NVRAM.

If it still not work you may need to replace one or two toner cartridge for they are not happy with each other.

But you don't need to threw them away the ones you are replaced put them back one day you'll find they get alone with each other again.

If it is networked then you can likely use the embedded web server to access setup of printer through  a web browser. Just type the IP address of the printer into the address bar of your browser. If not networked then you will need to get the toolbox installed, download the install from support.hp.com

unfortunately it is not networked, just a home printer. I have tried looking for the HP toolbox download on the support page, but I cannot seem to find it.

Thanks so much. That seemed to have helped out a lot. Not 100% perfect, but pretty close.
