Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

We have several HP P3015 printers in our network.  Our Retina Scans are showing an NFS Server on port 2049, even though I have disabled NFS Access through the web interface.  These printers do not have hard drives installed, so this seems unimportant, but our auditors do not allow explanations, so I need to remediate this issue.  I have tried blocking the port (2049) at the switch, but it stops all printing to the printer.  I have also tried re-enabling and disabling NFS Access, to see if maybe it didn't work the first time, but it still finds this issue.  Is there a way to block this port, and still allow printing?  Thanks for any information.

Can you not use the onboard IPSEC and firewall to achieve the security level demanded?

We have a hosted firewall, so I was looking for a solution that I could implement internally without involving the firewall people.  That may be the only way to accomplish this, but I was just wondering what other solutions someone may know.
