I reviewed your post and I understand that you want to know how to change the print quality settings.
Don’t worry, I assure you I will try my best to get this sorted.
You can print in draft mode to reduce the quality of the print. Please refer to below settings and select the setting which best suits you.

Sadly this does not solve my problem. Any picture I print out which has darker colour in it smudges across the paper. I then have to stop and clean the printer with cleaning sheets before printing anything else at all.
Somehow I need to stop this, I am losing time, paper and ink 😞
