 I am not able to set the default print options; every time we print, it defaults to different printing options.  For example, it always defaults to two sided priting, and landscape.  We just want to set our own defaults..is that possible?

I recommend you to update the firmware of your printer and check. Follow the steps in the below article to update the firmware.
