Hi! @AlabamaGirl32, Thanks for stopping by HP forums!

I understand you need to know how to setup your printer to print labels.

Don't worry I'll try to help you out.

Did you make any changes to your printer?

What application are you using to print labels?

Please try the steps mentioned below to print labels from Microsoft word.

Choose one of the following options:
Microsoft Word 97, 98, 2002: On the Tools menu, click Envelopes and Labels.
Microsoft Word 2002: On the Tools menu, click Letters and Mailings, and then click Envelopes and Labels. The Envelopes and Labels window will open.
Click Options.
Select the format for the labels (see the Label Format table above).
Click OK.
Choose one of the following options:
Same text on all labels: On the Print section, click Full page of the same label and then type the text for the labels in the Address: text box.
Different text on each label: On the Print section, click Full page of the same label. Leave the Address: text box blank.
Before printing, click New Document in the Envelopes and Labels window. Type and format the text, adjust the font size to make sure the text fits within the label area.

Refer this article to know how to print labels from your printer.

I'll keep an eye out for your response.

I hope you have a great day! 🙂
