M402n printer
Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)

I want to turn off manual duplexing on the M402n printer.  I don't want it to duplex even if a report contains PCL to turn duplexing on.

Hi I would like to assist to the best of my ability to solve your problem.I hope the information i supply will be of help.

Under the print preferences you should have the option to duplex print or not.Not sure exactly but just check all the settings and i'm sure that there will be a option.

Sorry, but we have tried all of the settings.  No setting that we can find will turn it off.  We are wondering if there is another way to disable the printer's ability to manually duplex.

We have reports that are set to duplex; but we don't want them to.  For printers that have a duplexing unit, we can turn off the duplexing unit by saying that it is not installed; but we can't find a way to do that for a printer that uses manual duplexing.
