Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Well I went to the trouble of registering so I could answer another question someone posted on this, but for the life of me I can't figure out how to post a reply!!

I read MANY posts proporting to know the answer (or more likley telling the person with the problem that they can't actually have that problem...) to this WPS PIN request.  None of then had the simple answer.  Here it is:

When you attempt to add the printer in Windows and it then asks for the WPS PIN, it apparantly sends something to the printer and the printer shows an 8 digit code on the touch screen for a few seconds.  If you enter that in as the "WPS PIN", voila, it works.

So I spend two hours trying different things, reading posts, etc. and in the end just happenned to be looking at the printer screen during the brief time this code number is presented.

Wow.  Just a great experience.
