Hi @HARVARD,
Generally, you would need to select English and then you would need to confirm the change by pressing Yes.
I will be able to access the printer tomorrow, so will have a look and see if I can find what exact step you refer to, then I will post back in here.
Cheers,
Shlomi

Hi,
Swipe to the side of the screen and click the Setup icon which is shown as a Gear icon.
Click the System Setup menu, which is the 4th option.
Click on Language, which is the 1st option and change the printer language as you need.
Regards,
Shlomi

Thanks Shlomi, you almost got me there. I went through your steps and got "English" on the last step. Engish not appears in the top bar. Below it are two bars in a foreign language like Arabic. I tried to touch/press on the word "English) but nothing happens.
So, I am not succeeding in getting a permanent conversion to English. I hope I reach a nice person like Shlomi again for this further help. Maybe Shlomi sees my plea for more help.

I reposted before I see the reply button. I have succeeded in getting "English" on the top bar. I cannot click on it or do something to make it the permanent language. There are two bars under the top one; they are in a language like Arabic.
There is probably another step that I need to take.
Thanks.
