Hi,

I set the password admin but now the printer does not recognize the password so I think something went wrong.

 

I need to either, factory reset the printer or reset the password admin.

follaw the step to reset the printer to factory default.

 

To restore the product to the factory-default settings, follow these steps.
1. Turn the product off.
2. Press and hold the Cancel  and Right Arrow button at the same time, and then turn the
product on.
3. When the message Permanent storage init. Appears on the control-panel display, release the
buttons.

I folowed the instructions and everythign worked as expected... Now I'm using my new printer.
