Greetings!
Welcome to the HP Support Community. This is a great place to get support, find answers and tips to your technical queries. I have reviewed your post and I understand, you are trying to reset the printer.
Don't worry, I'm here to help!
Let's try these steps -
1) On the product control panel, touch the Setup button.
2) Scroll to and touch the Service menu.
3) Scroll to and touch the Restore Defaults button, and then touch the OK button.
The product automatically restarts.
If the issue still persists, I have sent you a private message with the steps for advanced reset.
Check next to your profile Name, you should see a little blue envelope, please click on it. Click here for more details on how to access the private messages on HP Forums.

Hi,
We have a HP Laserjet Pro MFP M12nw model printer in our office. It was working fine till last week, all of sudden the connectivity is gone and we receiving No WPS router found error and we unable to connect printer through WIFI. Can someone please help me to fix this error. Also, Please share the option to do hard reset for this model. I guess that will fix the issue.

Let's reset the Printer:
