Q1-  Should I be able to print on card stock?

Q2-  Should I be able to print on 4x6 stock?

Q3-  I both answers are 'yes,'  then how?   which tray?  how to configure?   any setting for card stock?

My answer for 1 and 2: Yes, it does support to print on Postcards using tray 1 or tray 2 as mentioned on its specs
