Hi,
Load the paper into the tray in a portrait orientation (the width should be 3.5"), then close the tray and evaluate the shown prompt to change the loaded Paper Size to Custom Size.
Next, follow "Create custom paper sizes in Windows > Create custom paper sizes from Devices and Printers" below to create the custom size and select it:

Be sure to create a form of 3.5 inches wide and 8 inches long and save it.
