Your best option is to create a new post and tag the user by type the @ symbol followed by their screen name which will generate a notice to them with a link to your post. for instance @Jansr should have created a note to you.
Based on the post you likely need to replace the pickup roller which is part number RM1-4426. The rollers are readily available and you should be able to get them from the HP parts store. Youtube will have videos on how to enter secondary service menu to enable you to change the roller.
