how to reset my Laser jet pro MFP M125a printer to its dafult settings. Also my printer giving  a dark wide strip in copying and a dark blue strip in scaning plz help me to resolve this issue.

As I understand there are stripes on paper while scanning, copying & you need reset instructions,

Don't worry as I'll be glad to help, however, to provide an accurate resolution, I need a few more details: 

  • Are you using genuine HP Ink cartridge/toners?
  • Does the printer print fine? or does that have issues similar to scanning and copying?

While you respond to that, here's what you need to do:

To fix the copy/scan quality issues, check this link: Click here for steps to resolve

(Though the header is different, the steps to follow will help resolve your concern & By the end of this article all the issues should be resolved)

 

And to help you out with the reset instruction,

Hi,

      Dear my Printer is fine and print 100% fine and best print. My Hp Laser Jet Pro MFP M125a is giving a 0.2 Cm wide vertical line on the right side of the paper only on Copying and shownig this line in blue color when I scan a Document. Kindly Help me to resolve this issue. 

I am using genuine HP Ink cartridge/toners.
